Last call for Girl Scout Cookies at Bartell’s

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

SEATTLE – Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Girl Scouts of Western Washington had to end its annual Cookie Sale early this year. Because funds from the Cookie Sale provide programming and financial assistance to its members – helping many girls pay for camp – unsold inventory directly affects their bottom line. For the last few months, Bartell’s has been the exclusive headquarters for Girl Scout Cookie sales in the Puget Sound. With a large amount of inventory sold, only one week of the program remains.

“Many know that the Girl Scouts’ annual Cookie Sale is their biggest source of funding. The community really stepped up and we are grateful for the support we’ve received. As we enter the home stretch, we hope to finish strong and sell through the remaining inventory before sales close for 2020. And remember, they can be frozen now and enjoyed later,” said Brent Beebe, SVP of Merchandising for Bartell’s.

Until this Friday, July 31st, the remaining inventory of the coveted cookies can be found at neighborhood Bartell’s locations.
