Print Friendly, PDF & Email

BOULDER, Colo. — Walgreens drug stores nationwide can now receive and print photo orders through the LifePics Network.

LifePics said Friday that it has integrated with Walgreens QuickPrints technology, giving customers greater access to order one-hour photo prints online, via mobile devices or from LifePics-integrated partners for pickup at any Walgreens location.

"With our more than 8,000 locations, we look forward to expanding printing options and services for this category," Jasbir Patel, senior director of photo, daily living and omnichannel for Walgreen Co., said in a statement.

Through the LifePics network of photofinishers, consumers can order photo prints and other photo products from any computer, mobile device, application or software tool and send the photos to any participating store. Retailers and photofinishers of any size can join our network to receive photo orders from a variety of sources. Orders can be sent to retailers from a LifePics-powered website, via dozens mobile and software apps, and through integrations with such popular photo services as Facebook, Google Picasa, Picasa Web, Verizon Wireless, Microsoft Vista and Windows 7, and iPhoto.

For a limited time, LifePics and Walgreens are offering 25% off a consumer’s first order.

"LifePics is proud to add such a trusted name like Walgreens to our Network of the premier photofinishers in the world," stated Vahe Christianian, vice president of business development at LifePics. "We are constantly working to grow our network and provide more fast, convenient options for consumer printing services, while continuing to offer all of our retailers the most innovative and creative white label photo and personalization solution in the photo industry. At over 23,000 total retail locations, consumers have more options to print their photos through LifePics than any other network."
