Merix forms alliance with Sarantis Group
BARRINGTON, Ill. — Merix Pharmaceutical Corp. has entered into a strategic business alliance with Athens, Greece-based consumer product company Sarantis Group. Terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed. Merix said that under the deal it will exclusively market Sarantis’ European products in the United States and Canada.
