BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Walmart plans to add 28 new Walmart Health centers this year, bringing the total number of locations to at least 75 by year-end. The expansion will bring the Walmart Health format into two new states — Missouri and Arizona — while deepening its presence in Texas with additional outlets in the Dallas
