TAMARAC, Fla. — Genoa Healthcare LLC has opened its 300th pharmacy inside a community mental health center. Its latest is in Tamarac, Fla., within a facility operated by Henderson Behavioral Health Inc., which says on its website that it annually provides “health care, housing and hope” for 30,000 people in Florida with what it calls
