ATLANTA — The Coca-Cola Co. board has promoted a pair of senior executives and elected two new vice presidents. The beverage giant said Thursday that J. Alexander “Sandy” Douglas Jr., currently senior vice president and president of Coca-Cola North America, has been promoted to executive vice president. Also moved up was chief technical officer Ed Hays, from vice president
